Conference Management and Support

Media Services supports audio and video (A/V) presentation projection support, conference photography, conference video, sound systems and microphone support, conference brochures, posters/signage, and other printing needs. Media Services and Instructional support

Media Services supports one room and one- or two-day instructional space support. Services include room organization, projector and display setup, sound system/microphones, presentation aids (laser pointer), video conferencing, and technical support.  [Media Services & Instructional Support Form]

Printing and Bulk Copying Request

Media Services offers printing and bulk copying in a variety of sizes, paper stock, paper colors, and binding (stapled, hole-punched, or saddle-stitched). Media Services can create booklets, magazines, and other print products. Lamination is available.

Full color large format printing for posters, banners and other signage up to 36 inches wide and on a variety of paper stock and may be dry-mounted.

Custom Framing and Plaques

Media Services offers picture framing options, including the mounting, matting, and framing of photographs, posters, or certificates (which may be glazed or laminated). Plaque options include wood-mounted certificates protected by plexiglass or engraved plaques. Creative Projects

Creative projects may include one, some, or all of the following creative/technical services: PowerPoint presentation design and preparation; electronic document/booklet design and layout; poster/flyer design and illustration; photo/video editing; and audio recording and editing. Photography Services

Photography services include on-location shoots; studio portraits/group photography; identification/passport photos; product marketing; photo enhancement and editing; event photography; on-site emergency incidents; public relations; special visits; and more.

Video Production Services

Video production services include in-studio and on-location video productions. This form is intended for full-production needs, including: design; direction; shooting; editing; and deliverables. The individual requesting a video project will serve as the project content expert or producer; Media Services co-produces and directs per the project design. [Video Production Services]

Social Media Request

Media Services produces and disseminates social media content for EMS clinicians and other constituents, including late-breaking news; calls to action; event information and marketing; public service, health, and safety announcements; and other social content. Media Services shares MIEMSS’ and partner/affiliate content across platforms, including Facebook (@MarylandEMS); Instagram (@Maryland_EMS); and YouTube (@MarylandEMS). [Social Media Request Form]

Editorial Content 

Media Services produces and disseminates editorial content for EMS Clinicians and other stakeholders. This includes newsletter content, program brochures, agendas, announcements, flyers, copy editing, and other services. [Editorial Content Request]
